A Profile of ECC
Who are we? What is our history? What do we believe?
The Profile is meant to give someone a reference point for where we came from, what we believe and how we govern.
It is not a policy manual though it has things that are policy (we have a separate policy folder). It is not a rule book, though there may be things that sound like rules, our ByLaws are the formal collection of rules for ECC.
It also shouldn’t try to cover everything. We can have other documents, other places for ideas and pieces about who we are and how we act.
It’s important to note that the Profile has been various lengths over our 50 year history.
It is NOT written in stone - parts can change as God’s spirit moves and changes us.
